Cancellation Policy

Contract ends the day after the party, following pack‑down. Requirements - The required space for setup is 3.0 metres by 4.0 metres, with three 240-volt power outlets located within three metres. DJ responsibilities - The DJ will arrive at least 45 minutes before the event begins, taking responsibility for all setup, soundcheck, and technical requirements. They will support key wedding moments, seamlessly integrate both Client and guest requests into the overall atmosphere, and uphold professional conduct throughout the event. Client responsibilities - Share the music schedule at least a month before the event, confirm venue access for both setup and cleanup, and check for safe, dependable power throughout the event. Termination - If the Client cancels the booking, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required, and the Booking Fee will be retained. In the event that Ellesse 25, cancels, the Client will receive a full refund, and a suitable replacement will be provided, subject to approval. Limitation of liability - The Client shall be liable for any and all injury or damage to the DJ or equipment of the DJ, while at the Event, if the damage is caused by the Client or its guest. In no other event, either party shall be liable to the other party or any third party for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from any part of this Contract in any way. Indemnification - Both parties agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the other party harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any connection with this Contract. Warranty - Each party represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into this Contract. The DJ further warrants that it shall provide services mentioned in this Contract in a timely and efficient manner and agrees to make every effort to provide satisfactory service. Confidentiality - Both Parties hereby agree that they shall not disclose any confidential information to any third parties throughout the duration of this Contract and shall not use the confidential information for any purpose except those detailed herein or expressly authorized by the other Party. Miscellaneous Assignability: Neither party may assign this Contract or the rights and obligations thereunder to any third party without the other Party's prior express written approval.
